Pumpkin Patch is an all-volunteer
fundraiser located in the City of Rockwall, a quaint lakeside community nestled
on the shores of beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard. The
Friends of the Rockwall County Library and Our Lady of the Lake Council of Catholic Women
have partnered the Pumpkin Patch for the past 18 years.
Every fall, truckloads of pumpkins, decorative
squash, corn stalks, hay bales, and other seasonal items are displayed for sale
at the Pumpkin Patch, located near the historic downtown square.
Children and families make it a yearly tradition
to return to the Patch for their Fall photo opportunities and to find the
perfect pumpkin.
This year's event runs from Saturday September
29th
through
October 31st. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily, seven days
a week.
